My older sister made these about 20 years ago for Christmas, and I have made them every year since! I was surprised to realize that I’d yet to share a recipe for a simple old-fashioned 7 layer magic cookie bar! OH MY GOODNESS THEY ARE INCREDIBLE, I will have to try yours out and see I could’ve sworn those had oats or something in them.I love these and make them every year, but get a bit frustrated with the bars sticking to the pan.
