Axos Bank has 3 banking locations. Was it my fault they decided to wait a week to send me my money back? . It took 7 phone calls (and the wait times to speak to someone), 2 faxes, four times completing personal ID confirmation, and a chat (which they respond with "we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours). From the get go, there was a hiccup in their account on-boarding process which caused me to be unable to use the mobile deposit feature.
When when I try to reset it, it just takes me back to the login page.
They have now destroyed my credit by reporting that I was over thirty days late several times and I have never never had any late payment. You have to jump through unbelievable hoops to arrange a wire transfer. I was told it can take 3 business days for the check to be received. I didn't apply for a mortgage or anything, just a simple checking account. Phone deposits however, take a long time to become available. Just finally completed getting our Jumbo CD funds out of this bank. This is creating a cash flow problem for me. They reverse ATM Fees which is awesome.. !I've been with Bank of Internet for many years. The confirmation email I received advised me that a 5 day business hold would be in effect for the deposit, but since the account was less than 30 days old, the deposit would be held for a total of 7 business days. It is the banking subsidiary of Axos Financial, Inc.

Since the shift to Axos I have had to change passwords about 15 times....it just stops working! A call to customer service was lukewarm at best. I have to use their new app and all I really need to do is check my balance, deposit checks, and transfer funds. The 2nd, 4th or 7th business day will end on that specific day at 11:59:59 p.m. and no earlier. I've never had as much trouble opening up an account -- internet or physical bank -- as with this bank. Then why was the link still working at that point? It is computer driven and people including management at the bank can't release the holds any earlier even if they wanted to do it for you.
