But back to the series 2 Pints of Lager & A Packet of Crisps is one of the best things to hit the little town of Runcorn, If you are from Runcorn its great to Remminisse, if not its a great place to visit all the places Janet and Johny go to in the series because they are real places. the BBC have lost the plot completely, Pulling has won awards for its brilliance, yet they cancel it during it's prime, and not 1 single second of 2 pints is capable of raising even a mild smirk from me or anyone i know. Many years ago I turned on to BBC2 and started watching Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps ,little did I know that 5 years down the line that same programme would be such a big part of what I watch on tv,I don't think that this show has won enough awards as it's one of the best young peoples comedies that has ever been written… please consider It's badly written, poorly acted and the jokes belong in a playground.
two pints?!?! yes as well. Here are, 20 points in defence of Jonny and the gang...It's been universally panned - not least in these pages - but BBC3 sitcom Two Pints Of Lager keeps on going.
