The army of sleepwalkers shake their limbs and are loose And though I am a talker, I can phrase no excuse Not to rise again. When newcomers Charles (Brian Krause) and his mother, Mary (Alice Krige), settle into town, the local residents do not suspect that they're the last two survivors of a vampiric shapeshifting species that feed on the life force of human female virgins. Every song has some great hooks, just rattles along and at the end begs for repeat play. By all means 'Sleepwalkers' is a terrible movie, but it's so bad that it's absolutely hilarious. + $22.01 Shipping & Import Fees Deposit to Netherlands
There aren't many films I could watch twice, but this is one of the few I can.
What I enjoyed is that the filmmakers didn't try to take the film too serious which enables the viewers to just have a good time watching the film. Candyman [Collector's Edition] [Blu-ray] I had seen it beforeReviewed in the United Kingdom on December 13, 2014 At night, this mindless army, ranks unbroken by dissent, is moved into action and their pace does not relent. Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. But whatever, what do you expect from old cheesy stephen king movies.
This has got to be in the comedy section at the video store even though there are some graphic violent scenes but this flick is so cheesy it's comical. I use to watch stephen king's SLEEPWALKERS back in the day when i was young, the preview made it look like a romance but then it quickly turned into another horror, or so they claimed it to be. Overlooking the perverse sexuallity of this film it's the story of hunk Charles Brady [Brian Krause] who is having an incestuous relationship with his sexy mother Mary [Alice Krige].
Stephen King's Cat's Eye (BD) [Blu-ray] Correct? As far as horror, some of the creepiest scenes in the film are when the mirror reveals what the sleepwalkers really look like; quite creepy. Hadn't seen this before but glad to have added it to my video library. The acting is herendous, and in many of stephen king movies nothing makes sense like when he killed the cop and tanya sat there on the radio calling for help and watching the cat claw charles eyes out? The keen-eyed horror fans will enjoy spotting the numerous cameos. But honestly, by the end of the film, you end up feeling sorry for the "Sleepwalkers". This is one of those Stephen King films where you wonder what he was thinking when he wrote it! They are both Sleepwalkers—vampire like creatures with a distinct fear of cats, who are able to shapeshift themselves and their possessions or even turn invisble when they have to, who need to feed off the lifeforce of virgin women. Whilst of course Sleepwalkers is a horror movie based on a Stephen King story, the movie works because of its different characters and story arcs, so much so that a second viewing soon after would not bore.
