The trails are for an active individual and depending on the time of year you might want to look out for rattlesnakes (they even warn you at the trail head) but honestly the trails are well traveled enough that coming in contains slim. The Park also highlights 4 miles of hiking trails including the Turkey Path Trail. Many many wooden steps, but there is a railing!
