You can also send money to contacts who aren’t on Revolut. Because of changing exchange rates, i would lose money by keeping everything in GBP and changing on demand only. If your Base Currency is GBP and you buy something in Belgium for Euro, then it will exchange at interbank rate from your GBP account.
