Carmel Mediterranean is a blend based on Mediterranean grape varieties.
The grapes are cherry picked from Carmel?s vineyards throughout Israel.

The wine comprises of 42% Shiraz from the Kayoumi vineyard, 25% Petit Verdot from the Meron Vineyard, 18% Petite Sirah grown in mature vineyards in the Judean Hills, 9% Carignan grapes grown in mature vineyards around Zichron Yaacov, 3% Mourvedre grapes from Zichron Yaacov and 3% Viognier grapes from the Kerem Zimra vineyard.
